Our Methodology
Every Melur engagement follows the same basic sequence, regardless of its size. We begin by listening — understanding the business from the owner's perspective before we form any view. Then we observe more carefully, looking at documents, numbers and structure. Then we reflect and put our findings into writing. Then we discuss.
This order matters. Skipping the listening phase and going straight to recommendations produces advice that fits someone else's business, not yours. We're not in a hurry.
Introductory conversation
Free, no obligation. We listen to your situation and confirm whether the engagement is the right fit.
Observation and review
We look at what's actually there — financials, structure, operations — and listen to how you describe the work.
Written summary
We document what we found and what we recommend — clearly, without jargon, in a format you can keep and act on.
Discussion and follow-up
We walk through the findings together and answer questions. Follow-up is included in every engagement.

Single engagement · RM 710
A single engagement to check both the roots and the roof of your business — your foundations and your protections. We see where you are grounded and where you are exposed. Suited to owners wanting reassurance about stability.

- Brief follow-up by email or call within two weeks

A five-week engagement to strengthen both the base and the framework of your business. We examine foundations, finances and structure, then recommend careful reinforcements. Aimed at owners wanting a sturdier, more sheltering business.

- Two working sessions across the five weeks
- Written recommendations with rationale for each
- Follow-up session to review progress and questions
- Email support between sessions

A six-month advisory relationship that tends both roots and rafters over time. We meet monthly, keep the foundations sound and the shelter strong, and adjust as you grow. Suited to owners building a business meant to be a lasting home.

- Monthly advisory sessions (six sessions total)
- Quarterly reviews with written update
- Ongoing email and call support between sessions
- Adjusted focus as your situation evolves
- Summary report at the end of the engagement
