Transparent, Fixed Fees

Our pricing is set before the engagement begins and doesn't change during it. We think that's basic good practice, and we're surprised it isn't more common.

For a small business owner, unexpected costs are a real problem. We won't add them. If something falls clearly outside the agreed scope, we'll flag it and discuss it with you before proceeding — not invoice you after the fact.
